House rules
Welcome. We hope you have a wonderful stay. To keep the finca calm and pleasant for everyone, we ask you to respect these few simple rules.
Peace & quiet
- Please respect the rest of other guests and our neighbours.
- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
- No loud music or parties.
Smoking
- No smoking in the rooms or indoor communal areas.
- Smoking is allowed outside; please use the ashtrays.
Visitors
- To protect the peace and privacy of all our guests, visitors are welcome only with the owner's prior permission.
- Overnight guests who are not checked in are not allowed.
The pool
- Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Children only under adult supervision.
- No food or glassware by the pool.
- Please shower first to rinse off sun cream.
Drinks & the honesty bar
- Around the pool and in the shared areas, your own bottled water is always welcome.
- For anything else, please enjoy the soft and alcoholic drinks from our honesty bar; drinks brought from outside are not allowed in these areas.
- This keeps the spaces relaxed and cared for, and lets us offer a carefully chosen honesty bar for everyone.
Pets
- Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement, in selected rooms, and for an additional charge.
Care & damage
- Please treat the accommodation and its contents with care.
- Any damage or loss will be charged.
Waste
- Please use the bins provided.
- Help us keep the accommodation tidy.
On departure
- Leave the key as agreed.
- Close windows and doors.
- Switch off the air conditioning and lights.
Safety
- Open flames and candles are not permitted.
- Please report any technical problems right away.
