Terms & Cancellation

These booking terms are provided for guidance. Bookings and cancellations are handled through our booking system, MyTourist, and the terms shown there apply to your reservation.

Bookings

You can check availability and book through the booking system on our website, powered by MyTourist. Your booking is confirmed once you complete it there and receive confirmation. Prices are per room per night and, unless stated otherwise, do not include the optional breakfast.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are shown in the booking system when you book and in your confirmation. Our standard cancellation policy is being finalised and will be published here.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out is by 11:00, both flexible on request. Please also see our House Rules, which help keep the finca calm and comfortable for everyone.
