Terms & Cancellation

These booking terms are provided for guidance. Bookings and cancellations are handled through our booking system, MyTourist, and the terms shown there apply to your reservation.

Bookings

You can check availability and book through the booking system on our website, powered by MyTourist. Your booking is confirmed once you complete it there and receive confirmation. Prices are per room per night and, unless stated otherwise, do not include the optional breakfast.

Cancellation policy

1. A reservation becomes binding once confirmed by the accommodation.
2. Low season: cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
3. High season: cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
4. Cancellations made within 14 days (low season) or within 30 days (high season) before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
5. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
6. Guests are advised to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.
7. In cases of proven force majeure, the accommodation may, at its sole discretion, offer a change of dates or a full or partial refund.
8. These terms are governed by Spanish law.

High season: 1 June to 30 September, Easter, and the Christmas/New Year period (20 December to 5 January), unless otherwise stated in writing.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out is by 11:00, both flexible on request. Please also see our House Rules, which help keep the finca calm and comfortable for everyone.
