What data we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, your travel dates (optional) and your message. We use no analytics or tracking, and we do not buy in data or build profiles about you.

How we use it

We use your details solely to read and answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a stay, to arrange it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to guests who contact us. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and our ordinary records, and we never sell them or share them for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

A few trusted providers help this site work. The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which processes your submission only to email it to us. The availability calendar is provided by MyTourist, our booking system. Some pages embed Google Maps to show our location; when a map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's own privacy policy. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
